Slope Orientation: South and southwest-facing slopes, with inclines up to 30%, ensuring optimal sun exposure and cooling coastal breezes

Soil Composition: Predominantly limestone with skeletal structure and low organic matter, providing excellent drainage and enhancing the wines’ mineral profile

Sunshine Exposure: Over 2,600 hours of sunshine annually, fostering ideal grape ripening conditions

Precipitation: Average annual rainfall of 900 mm

Planting Density: Rows spaced 1.80 meters apart, with vines planted 80 cm apart

Water Retention: Low, due to the combination of soil composition and steep inclines

Production Yield: Minimum 18 hl/ha, Maximum 27 hl/ha

Red Varieties: Plavac Mali, Tribidrag/Zinfandel, Syrah, Dobričić, Plavac Mali Sivi, Pošip Crni

First Planting: 2008, followed by 2009, 2010, 2013, 2022, and 2025
