Our vineyards were planted in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013. In addition to the indigenous varieties of Plavac mali, Pošip, Tribidrag, Dobričić, Bratkovina blatska bijela, Plavac mali sivi and Pošip crni, which make up over 90% of our vines, we have also planted international white varieties such as Chardonnay and Viognier, and red varieties like Tempranillo and Syrah. All of our vineyards face south/southwest and are located at an altitude between 50 and 250 metres above sea level. They enjoy more than 2600 hours of sunshine per year, with an average annual precipitation of 900 mm. The distance between rows is 1.80 m, while the vines have been planted 60 cm apart from each other. The incline is between 5 and 30%, which makes our vineyards very steep. Water retention is low due to the soil composition and incline.All of the vineyard interventions including pruning, bud rubbing,green harvest and harvesting are performed by hand.
