POŠIP

The grapes for this wine come from the most famous white regional autochthonous variety Pošip, from our cooperative. Processing and vinification begin with the selection of grapes at our winery after they have been picked by hand. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank under controlled conditions. Our BRIME Pošip is a perfect wine to enjoy on its own and will work well with chicken dishes, pasta with lighter sauces, salads, light fish dishes and seafood.
