Tasting of four wines made from indigenous grape varieties, accompanied by small bites and guided by a member of the Rizman team.

With local delicacies including cheese aged in the pomace of our organic Plavac Mali with artichoke, sea bass tartare, slow-cooked octopus with mussels and chickpea hummus, and peperonata with pancetta. Each dish is crafted around the wine it is served with.

Tasting for enthusiasts and professionals (For groups of 5-10 people) Tasting of our 7 wines for professionals and connoisseurs who want to get to know us better and hear details about our wines, production, terroir and vineyard, with snacks from our chef and a tour of the cellar with a member of our team.

TASTING 3
Lunch or dinner with a pairing of Rizman wines. A welcome drink and four courses of local specialties prepared exclusively for you by our chef, paired with our wines and award-winning extra virgin olive oil, guided by a member of the Rizman team.
The seafood menu begins with sea bass carpaccio, followed by gnocchetti with smoked mussel and shrimp sauce, fish stew with polenta, and dessert served with prošek to finish.
The meat menu begins with chopped beef round, followed by cheese ravioli with lamb ragù, Dalmatian pašticada with gnocchetti, and dessert served with prošek to finish.
